He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabel Evans and Lawrence Evans; his wife Loretta; and his siblings, James Evans, Barry Evans, Bonita DeBrody, Larry Evans and Steve Evans.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jody Evans and Jill Lombardi (Michael); and his grandsons, Nicholas and Jared Lombardi.
