She was predeceased by: her parents, James Carter and Ruth Carter; and her brother James Carter. She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Punchur; her children, Barbara L. Shaeffer of Mechanicsburg, Susan C. Punchur of Perry Hall, MD, John J. Punchur of New Cumberland and Diana L. Leiphart of Amherst, NY; and her grandchildren, Courtney A. Punchur and Carter T. Hagewiesche. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
