She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Samuel and Helen Marie DeLallo (Breon); and her husband Robert W. Jacobs. She is survived by: her sons, Michael R. and Jeffrey W. Jacobs; and her sister Diane Moudy (DeLallo). She is also survived by four grandchildren.
