He was predeceased by : his wife Margaret "Peg" Dickey (Dee). He is survived by : his children, Catherine Swartz (Mike) of Downingtown, PA, Jonathan Dickey (Angie) of Ephrata, PA and Ann Bowler (Gregg) of Raleigh, NC.; his great grandchildren, Eloise, Liam and Archie Todd; and his grandchildren, Emily Todd (Matt), Eric Swartz (Emily), Haley Swartz, Erin, Nathaniel, Roman Dickey, Sarah, Allison and Jack Bowler.

A reception was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Neill Funeral Home (3401 Market St, Camp Hill, PA 17011).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to ComServ Inc, a cause close to his heart and in support of his granddaughter Sarah.
