She was predeceased by: her husband Scott D. Witmer. She is survived by: her parents, James Kramer and Doris Kramer of Mechanicsburg; and her siblings, Dennis Kramer (Kathleen) of Mechanicsburg, Denise Bucher (Bill) of Harrisburg, Suzanne Kuntzelman (John) of Enola, Michael Kramer of Camp Hill and Michele Kangas (Paul) of Mechanicsburg. She is also survived by 2 nieces, 2 nephews, 2 great-nieces and 3 great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting that donations be made to the Humane Society of Harrisburg, 7790 Grayson Road, Harrisburg, PA 17111 or Four Diamonds/Thon for childhood cancer. Donations can be made at Thon.org.
