She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis N. Minnick and Margaret C. Minnick (Imhoff); her son James Biden; her siblings, Nelson Minnick, Melvin Minnick and Naomi Sadowski; and her daughter-in-law Valerie Biden.
She is survived by: her son Douglas Biden of Mechanicsburg; and her grandchildren, Beth, Greg, Gia, Josh, Zach, Julie and Emily. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
