He is survived by: his wife June Estelle Maulfair (Hohrein); his children, Anthony Maulfair, Cheryl L. Rodriguez, Daniel Edmisten and Joshua Hohrein; his brothers, Gerry Maulfair and Curt Maulfair; his grandchildren, Emma Maulfair, Nicholas Maulfair, Hunter Hilinski, Andariel Edmisten, Vidian Edmisten, Lorelei Rodriguez and Joshua Hohrein Jr.; and his child Cary M. Maulfair.
