He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Palmer and Gloria Palmer (Hoover). He is survived by: his wife Beth Palmer (Brussese); and his children, Randy Palmer, Jr. (Kim) of York Haven, Jeremy Palmer (Adrianna) of Lebanon and Kristy Erb (Eric) of Liverpool. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren and one great-grandson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Malpezzi Funeral Home (8 Market Plaza Way, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055).
