He was predeceased by: his parents, James Woodrow "Woody" Fleming and Gertrude Sager Fleming of Lewistown, Pennsylvania.; and his sister Marcia Fleming Hirakis. He is survived by: his close friend Donna Frank; his brother-in-law Donald S. Hirakis; and also, Chris Ann Hirakis Harklerode (Charles W.) of Lewistown, Donis Hirakis Zagurskie (Donald K.) of Mifflintown and Kimbra Hirakis Shoop (Patrick M., Sr.). He is also survived by eight great-nieces and nephews as well as eight great-great-nieces and nephews.
