He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel J. Patterson and Stella Fahey Patterson; and his wife Mary Eleanor Clement Patterson. He is survived by: his children, Mary Pat Lavery (Frank) of Dillsburg, PA, Richard Patterson (Paige) of Winchester, VA and Joseph Patterson (Kellie) of Raleigh, NC.; his grandchildren, Mary Brigh (Alec), Frank (Samantha), Richard Lavery, Stephen (Meg), Matthew and Daniel Patterson; and his great grandchild Mary Claire. He is also survived by met his wife, the love of his life.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his memory to his church or to Hospice of Central PA.
