He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyce Hensley and Irma MacCubbin; his stepfather Charles MacCubbin; and his sister Maria Bunce. He is survived by: his wife Gail Hensley of Camp Hill, PA; his sisters, Mary MacCubbin of Fort Lauderdale and Kathy Baker (Kirk) of Hustontown, PA; his nephew Dustin Bunce of Etters, PA; and his niece Kayla Baker of Hustontown, PA..
