He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert R. Hoffman, Sr. and Gladys I. Hoffman (Sands). He is survived by: his brothers, Thomas C. Hoffman of Duncannon, PA and James S. Hoffman of Mechanicsburg, PA.; his stepson Robert Williams of Duncannon; and his nieces and nephews, David, Jane, Duane, Thomas Hammaker, Jodi Hoffman Littlewood, Jeremy Hoffman, Micah Hoffman and Seth Hoffman.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Union Cemetery Prospect Avenue and Hall.
