He is survived by: his wife Ann M. (Olasin); his daughter Sherry L. Heasley (John) of White Oak; his brother Ronald B. of Greensburg; his grandchildren, Gregory Heasley and Lisa Ruffalo (Armando) of North Versailles; and his great grandchildren, Kaya Ruffalo and Colin Ruffalo.
