She was predeceased by: her parents, William G. Underwood and Cecile F. Underwood. She is survived by: her husband James Guldner; her brother William C. Underwood of Summerville, SC; and her nephews, Brian C. Underwood of Rye, NH and Mark W. Underwood of Naples, FL.. She is also survived by two grand nieces, two grand nephews, four stepchildren and seven step grandchildren.
