She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Pugliano and Helen Pugliano (Donhoffer); her husband Richard C. Smith; and her brother Larry Donhoffner. She is survived by: her children, Richard J. Smith (Mary) of Enola, PA, Scott F. Smith (Carolyn) of Hummelstown, PA and Julie M. Smith of Camp Hill, PA; and her grandchildren, Scarlett, Annie, Mickelson, Matilda, Zaniyah, Laura, Juniper and Darrell.
