He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas E. Adams Sr. and Neva Meridith; his grandson Bishop Waters; his son-in-law Adam Waters; and his brother David Adams.

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Adams (Whitcomb); his children, Scott Adams and Robyn Waters; his grandchildren, Charity Adams, Timothy (Samantha Adams) and Uriah Waters; and his sisters, Linda Adams, Carol Krantz and June Sullinger.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Good News Church.
