It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winifred Shearer Kost (Camp Hill, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 20, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Averil Shearer (Shoemaker) and Harold T. Shearer; her husband Lewis V. Kost Jr., MD; her daughters, Winnie, Susanne Kost (David Gertler) of Wilmington, DE, Virginia Wilson (John) of Verona, WI and Elizabeth Hawk (David) of Allentown, PA.; her sister Phyllis S. Mowery of Camp Hill; her grandchildren, Aaron (Tammy Pham), Sarah, Eli Gertler, Julia, Becca, Doug, Claire Wilson, Abby (Shane Gray) and Ben Hawk; and her great grandchild Everly Lou Gray. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
