It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda G. Hower of Campbelltown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 7, 2026, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Wanda G. Hower to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Gingrich and Pearl Gingrich (Pitsenberger); her children, Vicki Weaber and Joe Weaber; and her siblings, Anna Yiengst, Paul Gingrich, Louis Gingrich and H. Dale Gingrich.
She is survived by: her children, Wendy W. Riggs (Bill) of Mechanicsburg, Sherry K. Slaughter (John) of Palmyra and Scott T. Weaber (Sharon) of Hummelstown. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Emmanuel United Methodist Church (6 Boundary Rd, Grantville, PA 17028). A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
