She was predeceased by: her parents, Kermit L. Goodenough and Thelma J. Goodenough; and her grandson Andrew Spencer. She is survived by: her husband James "Tony" Spencer; her children, Melissa Showalter (Alan) of Wyalusing, PA and Lucas Spencer of Camptown, PA; her grandchildren, Mitchell, Matthew Spencer of Camptown, PA and Hunter Spencer of Oil City, PA; her brother Robert Goodenough (Christine) of Terrytown, PA; her stepmother Loretta Goodenough of Zephyrhills, FL; and her close friends, Mike and Sherrie Roberts of Lakeside, PA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sheldon Funeral Home (155 Church St, Wyalusing, PA 18853). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Phyllis's name to the Wyalusing Valley Volunteer Fire Department, PO Box 86, Wyalusing, PA 18853.
