She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Jolliffe David and Edwin David; her son William David Novak; and her siblings, Betty Wilson, David Jolliffe, Carl David, Clifford David and William David.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Novak Dugan (Chris) of Canonsburg, Brian Douglas Novak (Shaun Peggs) of Mount Morris and Leah Novak Daniel of Waynesburg; her siblings, Carol Farrier of Uniontown and Robert David; her grandchildren, Andrew, Emily Novak, Brian, Mark, Elizabeth Dugan and Aubrey Mick; and her great grandchildren, Emmeline McCluskey, Millie and Maggie Mick.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent in Audrey's honor to Carmichaels Methodist Church, 104 W. South Street, Carmichaels, PA 15320.
