He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joanna McNally; his children, Danielle Ryan (Kyle), Nickolas McNally, Emma McNally and Kennedy McNally; his parents, Robert McNally and Susan McNally; his siblings, Sean McNally, Jaimie Riddle and Gavin McNally (Lisa); and his pet Eve. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Blake's name to The Hillman Cancer Center.
