He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Jacox and Joan Jacox. He is survived by: his children, Kaiden, Kamryn, Kayleb and Klaire; his sister Joy; his brother-in-law Doug Street; and his nieces and nephews, Paige Hartwell (Sam Getz), Niko Street, Jacob Street and Kade Street. He is also survived by many friends and family.
