Sculuca (Lynette Tilden) of Antioch, IL; his stepbrother Devin Ward (Rebecca Ward) of Vernal, UT; his stepmother Louise Sculuca of Baden, PA; his uncles, Dennis Duvall (Gina Adum) of Anna Marie, FL and Porter Duvall of Corsica, PA; his cousin Jenna Duvall McClure (Joshua McClure) of Bradenton, FL; and his nephews, Joseph Sculuca of Rockland, IL and Anthony Sculuca of Antioch, IL.. He is also survived by his Mother's companion.
