In the vast expanse of eternity, Douglas shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Douglas farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his parents, Edward Koman and Donna Koman; his sister Nicole Whitfield (Steven); his nephews, Tyler (Lauren) and Carson (Isabelle); and his niece Carly (Alex). He is also survived by uncles, aunts, and many cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calendar Salandra Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. (304 W Pike St, Canonsburg, PA 15317). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Salandra Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. (304 W Pike St, Canonsburg, PA 15317). A burial was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church Cemetery (3230 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, PA 15017).
