He was predeceased by : his mother Shirley Holtz. He is survived by : his children, Brittany N. Holtz and Zachary Holtz; his grandchildren, Audina Dean, Briella Cole and Dakota Holtz; his father Frank Holtz, Sr.; his siblings, Frank Holtz, Jr. and Joy Tinney; and his former life partner Lisha Tishner.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Leo J. Henney Funeral Home (323 2nd Ave, Carnegie, PA 15106).
