He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Charles Baker Sr. and Sadie Iva Baker; and his brother Robert Charles "Bud" Baker, Jr.. He is survived by: his brothers, Raymond Baker (Ann), Norman Baker and Johnny Baker.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd. (925 Allison Ave, Washington, PA 15301). A masonic service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
