He is survived by: his brother David James Finn Howard (Barbara Marie); and his nieces and nephews, Karen Osler, David James Finn Howard, Jr., Anne Marie Reynolds, Douglas Clark Howard (Sarah) and Bonnie Lura Cook (David).
