He was predeceased by : his sibling Dean Kinley (Cindy); and his parents, Louis Kinley and Elma Kinley (Sherman). He is survived by : his wife Beverly Jean Kinley (Agnew); his daughters, Kristen Kinley and Michelle Kinley; his grandchildren, Zachary Basil, Noelle Zies, Jordan Kincaide (Kelly), Jonathan Kincaide (Monica) and Jaxson Kincaide; and his great grandchild Melina Kincaide. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Beinhauer Funeral Home (2828 Washington Rd, Canonsburg, PA 15317). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
