It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sarah C. Bregenser (Canonsburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on June 9, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stoecklein and Lillian Stoecklein (Hunter). She is survived by: her husband James Bregenser, Sr.; her son James Bregenser, Jr. (Maegan); her grandchildren, E. Hardy Kern, III (Amanda), Kelsey Gallagher (Patrick), James Bregenser, III (Christine) and Mary Bregenser; her daughter Grace (Leah Kern); her sister Patricia Hannah (Peter); and her nieces and nephews, Molly, Brooke and Scott.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Beinhauer Family Funeral Home (2828 Washington Rd, Canonsburg, PA 15317). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John Capistran Church (1610 McMillan Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15241).
