He was predeceased by: his wife Emma Gudac; his sisters, Maxine "Dolly" Lucciola and Marlene "Taita" Danilo; his parents, Joseph Gudac and Cecilia Gudac; and his close friend Teresa Quinn.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Cholak (Joseph), Michelle Kuhn (Roy) and Stephen Gudac, Jr. (Bobbi); his grandchildren, Tori, Landon Gudac, Braeden and Kylie Kuhn; his brother Joseph Gudac, Jr. (Joann); and his daughters, Tracy Dubina and Stacy Dubina. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews including two special nieces.
