He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Thompson and Lillian Thompson; his wife Maureen Thompson; and his brother-in-law James. He is survived by: his children, Eric Thompson (Nicole), Bryan Thompson (Violet), Benton, Maeve Thompson, Arthur and Fiona Thompson; his sister Sharon Bioni (Tom); and his siblings-in-law, Dennis McLaughlin (Susan), Kate Amicone (BJ) and Tom McLaughlin (Kellie). He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
