She was predeceased by: her father Terry Bush. She is survived by: her mother Helen Bush (Reynard); her husband Bob Mundy; her daughter Addisen Mundy; her sister Lori Rahn (Jason); her mother-in-law Barbara Mundy; and her sister-in-law Tina Ragan (Jeff). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
