He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold S. Bailey and Beatrice M. Bailey (McCracken); his brother Robert H. Bailey; his son-in-law Blake Sexton; and his brother-in-law K. LaRue Fitzwater.
He is survived by: his children, Tricia Sexton of Georgia, Lucas Bailey (Madeline) of Troy, PA and Paige Bailey of Williamsport, PA; his grandchildren, Carter, Cooper, Conner, Lincoln, Everett and Hallie; his sisters, Betty Fitzwater and Brenda Mott (John); and his nephews, Reeve, Jason, Nicholas, Adam, Kyle and Sam.
