She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William L. Beardslee and Virginia Beardslee (Crane); her boyfriend Richard Garner; her daughters, Tereasa Forbes (Jay) and Samantha Kittle (Casey Clegg); her grandchildren, Alexandra Martin (Dominique), Andrew May (Anna) and Vanessa Havens (Isaac); her great grandchildren, Amara, Addy May, Rowdy and Ryot Havens; and her sisters, Elizabeth Horning (Gary), Cherie Tanner (Gary), Cindy Beardslee and Diane Harkness (Beardslee). She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Carol's honor may be directed to the Hershey Medical Center Care Fund, 500 University Drive, Hershey, PA 17033, where her granddaughter, Alexandra, received treatment for Crohn's Disease.
