He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlyle E. Moore and Canarissa Moore (Porter); and his sisters, Marie and Janet. He is survived by: his wife Jane Case; his children, Scott Moore (Cathy McCarty) of Canton and Sandra Chamberlin (Jim) of Elimsport; his grandchildren, Tiffany Ostrander (Tony), Wesley Moore (Chrissy), Jacob Chamberlin (Alissa) and Megan Chamberlin; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Marissa, Katelyn, Owen and Avery; and his siblings, Joyce Parrish (Arwood) of Monroeton and Duane Moore of Canton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, many friends and neighbors.
