He was predeceased by: his father William Riggs; and his brother James Riggs. He is survived by: his mother Anne Marie Riggs (Landon); his children, Leah Riggs Capra (Lucas) and Nathan Riggs (Anne); his grandchildren, Roman, Sabine and Macklin Riggs; his siblings, Mary Ann Gorman, Linda Miller, Stephen Riggs, John Riggs, Christine Andrewlavage, William Riggs Jr. and Susan Zohner; and his former wife Terri Riggs. He is also survived by spouses, children and grandchildren.
