He was predeceased by : his wife Debi; his brothers, D. Jeremy "Jerry" Innes and Thomas Innes; and his sister-in-law Karen Innes (Hoag). He is survived by : his son Casey Innes of Canton; his brothers, Jon Innes (Judy) of Bethlehem, PA, Benjamin Innes (Kathy) of Lock Haven, PA and Barabra Innes of Owego, N. Y.; and his close friends, Beverly Griffen of Canton, Andrea Herlocker of Linden, PA. and Jonny Weanger of Linden, PA.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.

In lieu of flowers, those who wish may consider a memorial to the Bradford County Humane Society, P.O. Box Ulster, PA 18850.
