Though Stephen may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Rutty and Florence Shedden (Patterson). He is survived by: his children, Penny Benedict (Brian) of Troy, PA, David Rutty of Solon, NY, Adam Rutty and Levi Rutty of North Carolina; and his brothers, Earl "Gene" Rutty (Doris) of Canton and Julius Rutty (Linda) of Ithaca, NY. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
