She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Lenze and Ann Lenze (Hubabager); her husband Frank Koval; her former husband Patrick G. Deeghan; her grandson Jim Deeghan; and her stepdaughters, JoAnn Hickok and Stella Campbell.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Deeghan of Canton, Patrick Deeghan (Brenda) of Salamanca, NY, Mary Kay Schmelzle (Cris) of Roaring Branch and Steven Deeghan (Michele) of Canton; her stepdaughter Peg Helveston (Jim) of Exeter; her stepson-in-law David Hickok of Canton; her grandchildren, JoAnn Rager, Laurel Davis, Michelle Henry, Curtis Schmelzle, Tyler and Nathan Deeghan; her stepgrandchildren, Ty, Brett Hickok, Jeff, Brian Koval and David Terry; her great grandchildren, Trevor, Kyle, Crystal, Patrick Davis, Liam, Nichole Henry, Ivan McKlveen, Lucas Rager and Michael Deeghan; and her brothers, Fred Lenze of Ridgeway and Vincent Lenze of St. Mary's. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
