He is survived by: his mother Janice Pettinato of Carbondale; his children, Alexis Miller of Crescent City, FL, Nicole Crown of Gouldsboro, PA, Matthew (Trisha) of Gouldsboro, PA and John of Crescent City, FL; his brothers, Gary Crown of Carbondale, PA, Kenneth Crown (Lynn) of Carbondale, PA and Michael Crown (Candie) of Jeffersonville, PA; his grandchildren, Jayce, Elena, Summer, Sierra and Shelby; his siblings' children, Taylor Paul (Jim) of Phoenixville, PA and Gary Crown, Jr. of Scranton, PA; and his aunt Diane Zelno of Archbald, PA.
