He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Telep and Anna Osnick Telep; his wife Esther Senica Telep; his son Gregory Telep; and his siblings, Mary Labowsky, Martha Telep, Madelyn Phillips, Mildred Telep, Theo Fedorchak, Julie Telep, John, Victor, Michael, Paul Telep and Bohdan Fedorchak.
He is survived by: his daughter Barbara Karnafel; his grandchildren, Jayson Karnafel of Lake Mary, Fla. and Laura Bianchi (Eric); and his great grandchild Tara Bianchi. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the donor's charity of choice.
