He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Arthur and Anna Latka Arthur; and his siblings, Evelyn, Reta, Bud, George, Billy, Marion and Ann.
He is survived by: his children, Susie Arthur (Mark Janicki) of West Seneca, NY, Kathy Torch, Whites Crossing, Eliz Harchar (John), Taylor, Michael Arthur (Donna) and Joseph Arthur (Debi); his grandchildren, Emma, Jennifer (Joe), Holly (Tom), Thomas, Kevin (Kristen), Michael, Ryan, Joshua, Tara and Kyle (Katie); his great grandchildren, Jacob of Monica, T. J., Cole, Mena, Blake, Naomi and Natalie; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Dominic, Alexa, Helaina and Bennett; and his niece Marie.
