He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Gramer and Alice Quinlan Gramer; and his brother Col. Frank Gramer. He is survived by: his wife Anne C. Wallis; and his sisters-in-law, Jeanne Waller, Judith Wagner and Mary Gramer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
