She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Swinarski and Mary Houser Swinarski; her son James Richard Fry; and her brothers, Peter Swinarski, Joseph, Steve, Frank and Peter Kohut.
She is survived by: her sons, Clint, Palm Harbor, Michael (Donna) of Conway, S. C. and Kevin; her grandchildren, Nicole Fry, Quinn Fry, Palm Harbor, Duane Bean (Cheri) of Lovettsville, VA and Larry Peruzzi (Nga Kwan Poon) of Manassas, VA; her great grandchildren, Sadie Brennan of Carbondale and Jasper Pevec of Carbondale; and her siblings, Evelyn Zrowka, Thomas Kohut of Florida and Richard Swinarski of Florida. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
