He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Tolan and Georgette Bujake Tolan; and his siblings, Betty Ann Tolan and Thomas Tolan. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Helen Tolan and Jack Tolan of Carbondale; his sister-in-law Sylvia Tolan; and his siblings' children, Leslie Tolan and James Tolan.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Church (6 N Church St, Carbondale, PA 18407). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
