He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Fagan, Sr. and Geraldine Casey Caffrey; and his sister Joanne Curtis of Honesdale, PA.. He is survived by: his wife Carol Colzaretti; his children, John Fagan (Wilfredo Pascual) of San Francisco, CA, Michael Fagan of Galloway, NJ, Donna Lang (Chris) of Westborough, MA and Lynn Brown (John) of Greenfield Township, PA; his grandchildren, Juliana Fagan, Sara Fagan, Kayla Fagan, Victor Cortes (Tori), Carolyn Cortes, Ethan Cortes and Maya Lang; and his brother Gerard Fagan (Kathy) of Lake Ariel, PA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brennan & Brennan Funeral Home, Inc. (55 Lincoln Ave, Carbondale, PA 18407). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Church (6 N Church St, Carbondale, PA 18407).
