He was predeceased by : his father John "Gus" Wormuth; and his sister Susan Wormuth. He is survived by : his mother Eleanor "Ellie" Zegetasky Wormuth; his daughters, Cristin Wormuth (Randall Williams) and Ashley Davis (Chris); his grandsons, Elliott Williams and Rhett Davis; his brother Scott Wormuth; his nieces, Tori Wormuth and Reece Wormuth; and his aunt Ann Marie Zegetasky.
