She is survived by: her caregiver Mercy Hospital; her husband Philip Scotch Jr. Born; her children, Kevin Scotch (Nora), Eric Scotch (Rachel) and Mary Beth Scotch Magnot (Aaron); her grandchildren, Ethan, Noah, Tyler, Elijah Scotch, Mandy and Chase Magnot; her brother Fred Schuh (Marlene); her niece Stacy Schuh; and her nephews, Brian Schuh, Keith and Jonathon Ewonishon.
