He is survived by : his wife Laurie Reynolds; his children, Nikkole Wright of Decatur, IN, Holly Lemaster (Eric) of Decatur, IN, Dana Geletka (John Green) of Fort Wayne, IN, Mary Geletka (Carter Powers) of Phoenix, AZ and Neil Geletka, Jr.; his siblings, George Geletka (Sue) of The Villages, FL, Marian Geletka of Perrysville, OH and Rita Geletka of Winston-Salem, NC; his grandchild Storm Wright of New Haven, IN; and his sisters, Layne of Decatur, IN and Brinley Lemaster of Decatur, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
