He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Race and Dorothy Beahan Race; his daughter Dawn; and his siblings, James and Sharon Caviston.
He is survived by: his wife Gina Florini Race; his daughters, Kimberly Race and Shannon Race (Joe Mikloiche); his brother Donald Race (Bonnie); and his grandchildren, Damian Hunter, Devan Race and Cori Rogari. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Church (6 N Church St, Carbondale, PA 18407). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
